Anniston and Oxford share one market, but they tend to need video for different reasons. On the Anniston side, defense contractors, fabrication shops and suppliers working around the Army depot compete for welders, machinists and technicians. A recruiting video filmed on their real shop floor lets a Calhoun County applicant hear the machines and meet the person who would train them.
