Why a blurry logo needs to be vectorized
A JPG or PNG is built out of pixels. Blow it up for a sign or a shirt and the edges go soft, because there is no more detail in the file to show.
A vector file is built out of lines and curves instead. It prints just as sharp on a billboard as it does on a business card. Vectorizing a logo means rebuilding it that way, from the image you have.
So a low-resolution or blurry image can usually become a crisp, scalable file again. Send what you have and I will tell you what can be done with it.

Those are common starting points, along with a low-res image or a logo pulled off an old website. I work from the best version you can find. If all you have is a physical print, getting it to me is arranged by phone: drop it off, meet up if you are local to the Rome area, or mail it.
