Video production in Villa Rica, GA
Video for Villa Rica builders, new storefronts along I-20 and Highway 78, and the medical offices growing with the city, planned on a video call and filmed on location by HindLight Media out of Rome.
From the HindLight Media portfolio, filmed for a client elsewhere. It is the kind of work Villa Rica calls me for.
Video for a Villa Rica that keeps adding rooftops
New neighborhoods keep going up around Villa Rica, and a lot of the families moving in do not know a single local business yet. Builders and agents selling homes near Mirror Lake and the newer subdivisions off I-20 need walkthroughs and aerial footage that show what is finished and ready. Restaurants, gyms and home service companies opening near the interstate exits and along Highway 78 need a short owner introduction that gives newcomers a face to go with the name.
Villa Rica's medical offices, from the hospital campus on Dallas Highway to the smaller practices around it, are hiring staff and taking new patients at the same time, so one shoot there can produce both a recruiting video and a patient introduction. Plants and distribution buildings near the interstate can use recruiting and training footage filmed during a real shift. Villa Rica churches that are adding families can use sermon recordings, building campaign videos and short clips for people checking them out online.
For settings, downtown Villa Rica has The MILL Amphitheater for concerts and festivals, with older storefronts a short walk away for small business shoots. Out at Mirror Lake, the water, golf course and common areas make strong aerial footage when the property and airspace allow a drone.
Planning a Villa Rica shoot
HindLight Media works out of Rome, about 55 minutes up the road from Villa Rica, which keeps a full day of filming here to one easy round trip. The planning happens first, on a free video call that covers which homes, storefronts or offices you want filmed and what you plan to post once the video is done. Travel to Villa Rica is folded into the quote. Builders and listing agents can see how homes get filmed on the real estate video page.

Video questions from Villa Rica
Can you film a model home or amenity center while the rest of the neighborhood is still under construction?
Yes. I film the finished homes, clubhouse and common areas as they stand, and pick angles that leave out the lots still being graded. When the property and airspace allow it, drone footage of the grounds shows buyers how close the neighborhood sits to I-20 and to downtown Villa Rica.
We just opened near the interstate in Villa Rica. What should our first video be?
Usually a short introduction from the owner or manager, because a lot of people new to Villa Rica are still looking for businesses they can trust. I can film that and a few vertical clips in the same visit so you have posts ready for your opening stretch.
Can you record services for a Villa Rica church that is outgrowing its building?
Yes. A growing church can use sermon recordings, a building campaign video, and short clips from the service for families checking it out online. I look at the room, the sound board and the lighting with you on a video call before the first Sunday of filming.
Weddings, events, real estate, and drone
Business video leads the work here, but the same camera covers weddings, events, real estate, church and ministry media, and aerial work flown under an FAA Part 107 certificate.
