Video for a college town with a business corridor

Kennesaw State University shapes who a lot of Kennesaw businesses sell to. Apartment communities, restaurants, gyms and service shops along Chastain Road and Barrett Parkway are reaching students and parents on their phones, so short vertical video with a real person talking tends to land better with that crowd than a polished commercial. Groups hosting conferences and events around Kennesaw also need recap videos they can use to promote the next one.

Around Town Center and the I-75 corridor, the mix turns professional: tech companies, law and accounting offices, and medical practices. Those firms use video for recruiting pages, service explainers and client testimonials, and a partner or founder speaking plainly on camera does more for a Barrett Parkway firm than stock footage of a handshake. The recruiting and training video page covers the hiring side.

The mountain, McCollum Field and downtown

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is the landmark everyone pictures, but drones cannot launch or land inside the park without written approval from the National Park Service, so aerial plans near the mountain start with where I can legally take off. Cobb County International Airport at McCollum Field puts controlled airspace over part of Kennesaw, and Austin, an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, checks it before any flight. Downtown, the shops and restaurants along Main Street near the depot are a good fit for owner-on-camera reels.

Once I reach I-75 at Cartersville, Kennesaw is a straight run south past Acworth. If a shoot is on or near the KSU campus, tell me on the scoping call who handles visitor parking, since campus parking is the detail people forget until I am circling a deck.
